Makes it easier to use your SuperMac graphics card with an Apple Duo Dock. When you remove a PowerBook Duo from a Duo Dock and start up the PowerBook Duo, the configuration setting for your SuperMac graphics card is cleared from Parameter RAM (PRAM). This normally would require that you reconfigure the card each time you return the PowerBook Duo to the Duo Dock. The SuperMac DD INIT automatically saves the setting so you do not have to reconfigure the card. When the DD INIT is in the process of restoring the settings your system will restart in the middle of the startup sequence (before the Finder appears); this is normal behavior.
